The approach

Deal by deal, in good company.

Some of the most interesting private companies are too small for the large VC funds, and the pieces that come up are hard for individual investors to reach. We plan to find those pieces, look at each one closely, and bring them to investors one deal at a time.

01

People we trust

We expect deals to come from founders, investors and operators we know and trust, not from crowded public marketplaces.

02

Hard to copy

We look for real moats in an AI world: hardware, regulatory advantages, network effects, or something few others could build.

03

Diligence that goes deep

Then the real work starts. We speak with industry peers and competitors. Is it a real business that could scale? Can the founders deliver, with the right governance in place?

04

Terms worth having

We aim to negotiate terms that protect investors. That might mean a convertible note into preferred shares, not a SAFE, or buying employee shares below the last round where we can.

05

Your call, each time

Investors will decide on each deal separately, with each investment to be held in its own vehicle set up for that deal.

06

In it for the long run

We plan to stay involved after each deal closes, opening doors and supporting the companies we back as they grow.

For founders

Building something hard? We want to hear about it.

We look for founders building companies that are genuinely hard to do. If yours takes years of engineering, a license few can win, or a network nobody can copy, we'd like to talk. It's free to pitch.

What gets us excited

Big problems where few teams can even get started. Space is one example. New markets like prediction markets are another. The harder it is to do, the closer we want to look.

A moat you can point to

Hardware that takes years to build, a banking or financial license that's slow to win, or a network that gets stronger with every user. If it's easy to copy, it's not for us.

What founders can expect

Our principals expect to make introductions and support founders where they can. We'd like to bring strong companies to our investors, one deal at a time.

We work by introduction. Email us with a little about yourself and who introduced you, and Daniel will be in touch. This site is for wholesale clients only, and nothing here is an offer to invest.
